October in Salem is something magical, and Nikki and Jesse came all the way from Colorado to capture that magic through elopement photography.
Their intimate wedding was a perfect blend of New England autumn beauty and timeless romance. The stunning foliage transformed the city into a tapestry of colors, making every moment feel cinematic.

Even with Salem’s October crowds, we found a hidden gem: the historic Greenlawn Cemetery. Known for its peaceful paths and beautiful grounds, this location is more than a resting place; it’s a quiet retreat full of history and character. The charming little chapel, with its ivy-covered stones and classic New England style, was the ideal spot for their ceremony.

Before they exchanged vows, we spent some time exploring Greenlawn, capturing portraits in the beautiful surroundings. Nikki and Jesse’s joy and love were so clear, and they were wonderful to work with—full of smiles and open to every creative idea.

This elopement was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most unexpected locations bring out the best in a wedding day. If you’re considering a unique wedding venue in Salem or a Massachusetts fall wedding, I’d love to help you capture your special moment. Thank you, Nikki and Jesse, for trusting me to be part of your magical day!
